The room was brand-new with exceptionally comfortable beds. The bathroom was spacious and had a shower, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. The staff were very helpful. The accommodation had a central setting close to Republic Square and the Opera. The service provided was good.

We had an amazing stay at Ris Dalma Collection. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a stunning view from the balcony. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, and the nearby mall made grocery shopping easy. The staff, especially Ms Mariam, was friendly and helpful. We truly felt at home here. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Yerevan.

It was important to get Wheelchair Accessible room with amazing terrace and a nice view, for example and that went well.

The location was awesome, right next to Armenia and cinema, plenty of restaurants, shopping at Dalma Garden Mall, and other activities. It was also close to city attractions. 🛍️

Everything was perfect!

Had a great time staying at this hotel during Christmas. The apartments had all that we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and spacious rooms. The hotel was located near a shopping mall, making it easy for us to go shopping and explore the surrounding area. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and even offered a variety of tours and trips for us to enjoy.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about our stay at this hotel. The only negative experience we had was that it was a bit far from the city center, which made it a challenge for us to explore the area without relying on taxis.

The hotel gave out free complimentary drinks and snacks during new year's eve. The room had a great view of the city and mountains and there was a grocery store nearby that was open late. the hotel was away from the noise of the center but still just a short taxi ride away.

The hotel staff was not accommodating during the new year festivities and it made for an overall unpleasant experience. the room was not properly cleaned and had a musty smell.
